INSURANCE INFORMATION Our office will be pleased to assist you with questions regarding your insurance plan and the benefits that may be available to you for orthodontic treatment. We will file all insurances with the exception of DHMO plans, government sponsored plans and discount dental programs, we are participating providers for the following insurance companies:
